One of the most well-known in Kenya and around the world tribes called Masai people has its traditional clothing. This dress is also considered by many ethnographers to be the national attire of Kenya. Though, some people disagree.
The Masaiare dress consists of usually red kanga and a lot of bright decorations: necklaces, bracelets, and beaded headdresses. Masai men wear a red-checkered Shuka (it is a classic Masai blanket) and carry a distinctive ball-ended club.

Here is an article about the national dress of Kenya – easy, bright and heavily decorated clothing http://nationalclothing.org/africa/20-k ... thing.html

Maasai wedding dress. In a Maasai (ethnic group that lives in Southern Kenya and Northern Tanzania) wedding, a bride can be required to wear a bold, colorful necklace made of beads and shells. This tribe uses only traditional outfits on a wedding day, no white bridal gowns.

Cute Kenyan beadwork. On the left, is a Kenyan beadwork belt that dates between 1870-1929 and it's made from skin, plant, glass bead, and mineral pigment. And on the right, is a beaded Maasai necklace that's also from Kenya. And both of these items are on display at the Textile Museum of Canada.
