Vintage handmade shoulder bag called “tashka”, Hutsul, western Ukraine, the 19th century. It is decorated with a lot of brass details and adornments. Even the leather handle is decorative. This bag is comparatively small, like lady’s purse. Men used tashka bags to carry small useful items, like pipe, tobacco, money, lunch, etc.
