Folk dancer from Kalbelia tribe, Rajasthan, India. She is dancing the Kalbelia (a very sensuous and spectacular dance).
The Kalbelia tribe is an extremely interesting community. It is a nomadic Indian tribe. They originally used to earn for living by catching snakes, trading snake venom, and entertaining the public with these reptiles. The life of Kalbelians was so linked to snakes that their traditional costumes, folklore, and customs are connected much to these reptiles.

I'm falling love to see these images... I'm nearly lived from India but can't visit yet.. I wish I could visit at least once in my life to see Indian culture. I also love to do Indian Hair designs which I get ideas from Mr Kids Haircuts. Thanks for sharing this lovely information
