Ukrainian vintage folk attire for a married woman (on the left) and a young maiden (on the right). Central Ukraine, Cherkasy region, the late 19th – early 20th century. The sleeves of their shirts are beautifully embroidered.

Women’s festive outfit from Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, Novomoskovsk district, the early 20th century. She’s got a cute wreath and is belted with a ceremonial hand-woven towel, so this might be a bride or a bridesmaid.
